    Oh ain't it the truth. For any and all effort decent leadership tries to do the "right thing" by the shareholder there are a boatload of others that will bastardize the process.

    Example:
    Mr. Ex's job was just "eliminated". So another group will pick him up... but first they have to "create the position", then they have to "post the job" and pretend that they really are interested in other people. Then they hire Mr. Ex. He spends a grand total of 5 days on severance pay...

    Corporate bullsh*t... it is never ending. Truth is... Mr. Ex probably is under performing and should go. The other candidates are probably deserving. I can't complain in this case though... I need the alimony and child support that gets tossed this way.

    Ughhhhhh! I'm such a hypocrite.

    Let us know how you are doing! It's such a shame when leaders forget that there were a million great jobs before something needs to be forgiven.
